The MOS MCM is a Windows software program that provides complete control over the weighing, rating, processing and accounting of all outbound mail and parcels in a mail center.

The MCM supports rates for such carriers as the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Roadway Packaging Systems, Federal Express, Airborne, and DHL and others. The MCM also allows logging of LTL shipments as well as user-programmable Custom Carrier rates.

The MCM offers one of the most extensive, Password Protected Chargeback Accounting methods available. Departments, branches, individuals and/or areas of expertise can be grouped together, then assigned a budget amount and a specific budget period. Also, a myriad of Standard Detail Summary reports are included on the MCM. For more comprehensive reports, the MCM software provides an interface to a third party custom report generator as an option.
